MAMMUT x NIGEL CABOURN Direttissima Silk Scarf – White Stone: Created in collaboration with British cult designer Nigel Cabourn, this scarf is part of a collection inspired by the first ascent of the Japanese Direttissima on the Eiger. In 1969, this route was established by a team of young alpinists that included a woman. Mammut was manufacturing clothing in Chamonix at the time, and the scarf’s unique mammoth motif celebrates this heritage. Handmade in Japan, this silk scarf also pays tribute to the culture of the team behind this historic achievement on Switzerland’s most iconic mountain. The Mammut x Cabourn Direttissima Direttissima Silk Scarf brings together Swiss design and Japanese craftsmanship to honor an inspiring alpine feat.
