MAHARISHI Kimono Reversible Padded – Jungle Olive: This reversible kimono features an embroidered samurache quilting and reverses into a rare DPM: Monster Tiger camo found in the tailor shops of Vietnam who provided modifications to U.S. advisors.

The Samuranche pattern combines elements of the traditional Japanese tortoise shell used in the battle dress of 17th Century Samurai with the broken arrow peace symbol and pattern used by the Comanche, known as the Lords of the Plains, and later respected for their contributions to WWI, WWII and Vietnam U.S. war efforts.

Composition & materials: 100% Cotton Sateen – 1960’s era U.S. Army cotton sateen twill, reproduced exclusively for Maharishi. Used in AW21 to reproduce the uniforms worn by the U.S. Navy Riverine and helicopter support units, as well as for Eastern utility wear of the Civilian Regular Defence Group.
