REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Buying on approval – We are happy to accept returns from our online shop (exclusions apply*) within 15 days of receipt as long as they are in original resalable condition.
Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us about your return within 15 days of item’s arrival. Please keep in mind return shipping fees are assumed by the customer, unless there’s a shipping error (ex. wrong size/ item delivered).
- Customers should keep in mind that all items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for refund or exchange.
- We do not accept returns on cosmetic products or earrings. For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns on swimwear and lingerie, unless the hygiene sticker is intact.
- THEROOM Barcelona reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the requirements stated above. If the item has been used, you will not get a refund and if the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the merchandise or 30 EURO. If your refund/exchange is rejected, you will be notified via email.
We advise returning any items back to us using a trackable service. The items being returned are the sole responsibility of the sender until they are scanned in to our warehouse.
Please mark ‘Returned Items’ clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel and most importantly ensure that the ‘Return Goods’ option is ticked on the customs declaration form (International customers), to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied. THEROOM Barcelona is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

NOTE: We will send you an email as soon as we have opened your return. If you would like to exchange the returning item(s) we will send them to you freight-free after we got your return. Not before that. If you have decided to return only a part of your order or your total order you will be refunded 1-5 weekdays after you receive an email from us. Attention! At high pressure the process of refunds & exchanges can take up to 14 days.

Exchanging Goods – Items can also be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please note the new item you choose needs to have a lower or the exact same price as the previous ordered. If the price of the new item is higher, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy personally assist you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
