SHIPPING & PAYMENTS
Please keep in mind delivery time includes order preparation and shipping. We provide all customers with a tracking number, once the order has been dispatched. For your security, all our packages are fully insured. Deliveries are not dispatched on weekends or Spanish public holidays. Please note: During sale periods, your order may take slightly longer to ship.

EXTRA FEES FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU (European Union)
Please note that in some cases your order might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering online. Please check with your local customs office for specific rules and regulations. Keep in mind we don’t deduct VAT for international orders, and will be paid at destination by the recipient of the goods. The customer is responsible for that cost or tax.
Shipping time is about 2-7 working days worldwide. The shipping company delivers your package to your door between 08:00-19:00 (local time) and might only be delivered if someone is there to sign the package.
In Benelux, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, UK and USA the transport company makes one attempt to deliver your package at home, and then drops your order at your local company center where it will be stored for 10 days. A reminder will be sent out on day three and seven before your package is sent back. In all other countries they makes 3 attempts to deliver your package. If you’re not home on the first attempt the next attempt will be on the following day. If all 3 attempts fail the package will be stored for 5 days at your local office center.
NON-COLLECTED & REFUSED ORDERS
Placing an order and not collecting it within the 5-10 day margin incurs in the impossibility to apply for a full order refund. This also applies if you refuse the package upon arrival due to extra customs fee charge. Please note the refusal of the order will incur in the charge of the of the shipping costs, and also any administrative/custom extra fee associated to refuse the order.

CHANGES & CANCELATIONS
Because we process all orders shortly after they have been made, sometimes we do not have the possibility to cancel your order. However, if you placed your order on a weekday between 5 pm and 7 am CET and contact us with an email to email@example.com we will look into the matter. You need to provide essential information in the email for us to be able to help you in the best possible way so always write cancellation, your order number and the shipping company you chose in the subject field. Following this you will receive an email informing you if the cancellation was possible or not.
Note: During weekends and holidays, once your order has been placed we cannot stop the process of items being sent. Please use the return form if you don’t want your items.
MULTIPLE ITEM ORDER
We reserve our rights to cancel any orders that are done in multiple quantities on the same item, especially on limited items and sneakers. If you are uncertain, then please email customer service firstname.lastname@example.org
We reserve our right to cancel or adjust any order with price errors.
CHECKOUT CODES, CAMPAIGNS & OFFERS
We do not have the possibility to activate any checkout codes after an order has been completed. Checkout codes must be activated during checkout and before the purchase is completed.
